2005 TIERRA ROJA VINEYARD: 97% cab. Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. Silverado Trail at Oakville Cross Road. Steep hillside, red rock terrior. Delicate and elegant layers of classic Bordeaux flavors. 2006 MAGIC HILL: Is a blend of Bordeaux type wines from three distinct eastern Oakville hillside vineyards: Tierra Roja, Saunders’ and Sassi di Casanova. The wine is big and seductively luscious. Cab Sauvignon 79%, Cab Franc 17% and Petit Verdot 4%. Classic cassis, ripe black cherry, chocolate, sage and mushroom. 50% new French oak. Only 500 cases were made. Enjoy now or age 5-10 years.
