The Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon

From vine to bottle we meticulously nurture each wine in an effort to retain and integrate the unique vineyard flavors of the eastern Oakville, Napa Valley hillside. We hand sort multiple times to exclude all but the best clusters. Once in the cellar, the fermentation temperatures are monitored and carefully controlled to extract the best flavors from these precious grapes. The wines are then further enhanced by French oak ageing in 50% new oak barrels which have been selected to carefully enrich and to sculpt the developing wines. Finally the wine is bottled in beautiful Italian glass tapered bottles and finished with art-work labels and a Sardinian extra-long premium grade cork. The result is a wine and wine package that will stand out at any gathering. This is a wine that you will feel proud to serve to your friends and family
