As an ENZO WINES Friends and Family member, I will receive a selection of three 750ml bottles, or equivalent, of ENZO Cabernet Sauvignon two times each year. Wines are subject to change due to availability. The club will bill my credit card  the price per bottle plus tax where applicable & shipping for each regular selection. I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing at any time without further obligation except for wines shipped prior to ENZO WINES receipt of my notice of cancellation. It is my obligation to notify ENZO WINES of any address changes before wines are shipped. ENZO WINES will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines. Sorry, we can accept members only from the following states to which we can ship legally: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY.
